4-Stage of IDEC Supercool
The 1st stage uses an air-to-air heat exchanger to cool incoming air by transferring heat to the outgoing exhaust air without adding moisture. In the 2nd stage, a water-to-air heat exchanger further cools the air through evaporative cooling, adding some moisture. The 3rd stage Incorporates a DX evaporator coil, which cools the air further using a refrigerant-based system, similar to air conditioning. Finally, the 4th stage utilizes cooling pads and a secondary fan to enhance cooling efficiency and ensure even air distribution. Major components
A direct drive external rotor plug fan with a variable speed inverter. It features an aluminum heavy-gauge impeller, round heavy-gauge brackets. A smooth air inlet cone and the inverter (VFD) provide electrical protection to the motor.
The fans are axial type’s top discharge, protection by a metal mesh fan guard. The blades are coated to prevent corrosion and designed with best air foiling for high performance and low noise. The water-sealed electric motor is directly coupled with the fan, and study round brackets provide support.
