4-Stage of IDEC Supercool
The 1st stage uses an air-to-air heat exchanger to cool incoming air by transferring heat to the outgoing exhaust air without adding moisture. In the 2nd stage, a water-to-air heat exchanger further cools the air through evaporative cooling, adding some moisture. The 3rd stage incorporates a DX evaporator coil, which cools the air further using a refrigerant-based system, similar to air conditioning. Finally, the 4th stage utilizes cooling pads and a secondary fan to enhance cooling efficiency and ensure even air distribution.
