How it Works

Inside the IDEC: 3 Stage Process of Intelligent Evaporative Cooling .

First Stage

Outdoor hot air first passes through an air-to-air heat exchanger, similar to an HRV system, where heat from the incoming air is transferred to the exhaust air without mixing. This pre-cooling stage enhances overall efficiency and reduces the thermal load on next stages.

Second Stage

In second stage, air then flows through a water-cooled heat exchanger, where its temperature drops significantly without any increase in humidity. This process delivers cool, dry air while maintaining comfort and high energy efficiency even in moderately humid climate.

Third Stage

In the final stage, the pre-cooled air moves through an evaporative cooling pads, where water evaporation further lowers its temperature. The result is fresh, balanced, and comfortable indoor air with minimal energy use, optimal humidity control and healthy cooling solution.
