How it works?

Compression

The refrigerant in the Supercool system undergoes compression, which increases its pressure and temperature. This compressed refrigerant flows through the system in a closed loop.

Condensation

As the compressed refrigerant travels through the condenser coils, it releases heat to the surrounding air or water. This causes the refrigerant to condense from a high-pressure gas to a high-pressure liquid.

Expansion

The high-pressure liquid refrigerant then passes through an expansion valve, where its pressure drops rapidly. This expansion results in a significant decrease in temperature, causing the refrigerant to become a low-pressure liquid.

Evaporation

The cold, low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows through the evaporator coils, where it absorbs heat from the surrounding air or water. This absorption of heat causes the refrigerant to evaporate into a low-pressure gas.

Cooling Effect

As the refrigerant evaporates, it absorbs heat from the air or water passing through the evaporator coils, resulting in a cooling effect. This cooled air or water is then circulated to cool the desired space or equipment, providing the desired cooling effect
