Frame and Structure

Each unit is constructed using robust Penta-Post framework, offered in 30 mm, 50 mm, and 100 mm thermal break profiles to guarantee structural stability, acoustic comfort, and air-tight sealing. The panels are double-layered and fully insulated, coated with galvanized steel or aluminum finishes to provide exceptional durability.

Base and Installation Support

Each AHU is mounted on a reinforced galvanized base frame, optionally equipped with anti-vibration mounts to minimize mechanical noise and absorb dynamic loads. This sturdy foundation ensures stable performance and smooth operation, even under demanding airflow or pressure conditions.
