Fully welded bottom panels on a heavy base frame provide high tensile strength with zero risk of water leakage from the bottom of the unit.
Welded galvanized-steel water tank with epoxy coating inside and powder coating outside, plus a welded heavy-gauge cleanout pipe connection for easier maintenance and longer life.
Double layer of cooling pads: a 5 cm outer layer absorbs salt scaling and dust, shielding the main pads. It can be replaced quickly and at low cost, cutting maintenance expenses significantly.
Engineered water distribution with carefully selected submersible pumps ensures even water flow over the pads, preventing dry spots and maximizing evaporative efficiency.
A plastic cover shields the blower bearings from direct water mist, while the heavy-gauge coated blower frame reduces vibration for stable, long-life operation.
Thermally insulated body prevents solar heat gain inside the cabin, delivering colder supply air even in the harshest ambient conditions.
HIPS plastic side panels protect all wet areas of the body from constant moisture.
Under Riyadh's typical conditions (45°C dry bulb / 20°C wet bulb), Desert Master achieves a supply air temperature of approximately 24.25°C — effective cooling even when outdoor temperatures reach 47–48°C.

How Does Desert Master Work?

Hot, dry outdoor air first passes through the outer layer of wet cooling pads, where most dust, minerals, and salt deposits collect. This stage pre-cools, cleans, and humidifies the air before it reaches the main pad, helping protect the cooling media and maintain steady airflow.

The air then moves through the main wet pad, where water absorbs heat through evaporation. With 80 to 85% evaporative efficiency, Desert Master can reduce 45 to 46°C outdoor air to around 24 to 25°C supply air under typical Riyadh conditions.

A powerful fan distributes the cooled, humidified, and 100% fresh air throughout the space while pushing hot, stale air outside. This makes the system suitable for factories, warehouses, workshops, logistics centres, and other large industrial areas that need effective cooling, continuous ventilation, and lower energy use.
